有客戶反應，有時候有400電話(huà)打不通的情況，一般是(shì)以下幾種情況：

1）号碼占線(xiàn)或無法接通（欠費(fèi)、關機、不在服務區、手機壞了等等）
2）綁定号碼錯誤。部分手機号碼需要加區号
3）設置的呼叫等待時間過短，一般需要設置15秒或更長，但(dàn)所有号碼的呼叫等待總時間不超過60秒
4）400号碼欠費(fèi)（将聽(tīng)到欠費(fèi)提示音）
5）主叫在黑名單内，或設置了白名單但(dàn)未包括此主叫（将聽(tīng)到無權撥打提示音）
6）綁定号碼設置了可接聽(tīng)/不可接聽(tīng)區域，
7）接聽(tīng)時段設置錯誤
